About our "Pay what you can" estate planning initiative
Heller-Neal law offices is taking an exciting step.
We are beginning our "pay what you can" estate planning initiative. For too long, I have seen individuals go without any estate plan, because they believe that it is too expensive and only needed by the rich. Estate planning is about family. It is about making sure that your children have a guardian who is loving and prepared. It is about making sure that your loved ones never have to take you before a court to have you declared incompetent in order to help manage your finances. It is about putting a plan in place for what should happen to you in case of a medical emergency. It is about approaching the end of life with open eyes; with the knowledge that your family is cared for. It is about love, peace of mind, and (yes) saving money. It is wrong that people should suffer from the choice between exorbitant costs, incompetent representation, or forgoing a plan altogether. To that end, I have decided to dedicate myself to providing knowledgeable estate planning to individuals with negotiable rates for low-income clients. It is an exciting time. I look forward to working with you soon. |
